Ducks in a Row

The message is simple.

DO. NOT. LOSE. THIS. GAME!

OH!  If for WHATEVER reason someone decides to drop the gloves with Francois Beauchemin…remember he’s a leftie, k?

GO DUCKS!!!

  1. If there isn’t a W after Toronto’s game the Ducks are going to have to make a move. I know you are preaching patience, but the Pacific Division so far is tougher than last season. Kings are in 1st, Coyotes are showing that they matter, and the Sharks and Stars are doing what they need to do to insure themselves a playoff spot. And where are our Ducks at the moment? We are at the bottom with the Wild and Preds.

With every passing game the teams’ excuse of trying to figure/work it out loses its’ validity. Day One the Ducks should be proving to themselves that last season’s 8th seed was a fluke, and that this season they mean business. But so far it seems its just business as usual. And the hole the Ducks are digging themselves again in the Western Conference may be too deep to get out of since the Yotes and Kings, thus far, are showing they aren’t pushovers this season (Note: their wins against teams that rolled the Ducks).

  2. I’m trying to maintain any positive attitude I have, but you’re right, it’s getting old fast. What pains me is that it SHOULD be working. They aren’t just LOSING, they’re getting murdered out there. I don’t know if it’s confidence, or a complete lack of chemistry, but something is going to have to change quickly. I’d like to think they have time to get it together, but the truth of the matter is, they don’t have any more time to screw around. They’re already watching teams fly by them like last season.

Likewise, if something doesn’t change soon, they are going to have to do something drastic. But then the questions becomes “who?”. Thats a question I don’t particularly want the answer to right now.
