As the Ducks head out on this first road trip of the season, they’re given an opportunity to rectify the major wrong of the home opener this past Saturday.

So what’s tonight’s objective?

Offense.

Defense.

Show up in the 1st period.

Shots on Goal THROUGHOUT first 18 minutes of the 2nd period.

Stay for the entire 3rd period. 

Okay, so that’s not tonight’s objective.  It’s the objective for the next 81 games. 

Tonight, the Ducks’ Koivu shows his stuff.  So does Bobby Ryan and Corey Perry.  Evgeny Artyukhin saves the team from one icing call and Ryan Whitney gets beat at least one time.
